She has a passion for empowering change and enhancing self-sufficiency among homeless and low-income families, and she has led impactful programs supported by prestigious organizations such as the Annie E. Casey Foundation and United Way. In addition to her role at Second Chance Society, Ms. Doss serves in various consulting and volunteer capacities, coaching nonprofit leaders in performance management and systems thinking.
